How Your Membership Works
Your journey with All Concierge Medical Virtual begins with a one-time $200 start-up membership fee, followed by a $100 monthly access fee that keeps comprehensive, patient-centered care conveniently available through our secure virtual platform.

This one-time fee covers your complete onboarding experience, including:
Initial intake and medical history review
Personalized care and wellness planning
Secure access setup for messaging, telehealth visits, and scheduling
Coordination of baseline labs or screenings as needed (lab costs may apply)
Enrollment into our concierge virtual care system
This step ensures you begin with a strong foundation and a personalized care plan designed around your health goals.

After onboarding, your membership transitions into a simple monthly fee that provides:

Our Services
Virtual Primary Care at All Concierge Medical allows you to connect with a provider from the comfort of your home through secure telehealth visits. During your appointment, your provider will review your concerns, evaluate symptoms, and discuss the next steps for your care. If additional testing or treatment is needed, we can coordinate labs, imaging, or referrals to ensure you receive the care you need.

All Concierge Medical offers Virtual Urgent Care for non-life-threatening illnesses that need prompt attention. From the comfort of home, you can connect with a provider for common sick visits such as:
Nausea or vomiting
Cold or flu symptoms
Sore throat
Cough or congestion
Mild infections
Fever
Minor rashes
Our providers will evaluate your symptoms, provide guidance, and recommend treatment or next steps.
All Concierge Medical offers After-Hours Virtual Visits for patients who need care outside of regular daytime hours. From 7:00 PM to 11:59 PM, you can connect with a provider through a secure telehealth visit for non-emergency health concerns.
These visits are appropriate for common issues such as:
Cold or flu symptoms
Fever
Nausea or vomiting
Minor infections
Medication questions or concerns
Other non-urgent medical needs
Our goal is to provide timely support when traditional offices may be closed, helping you get guidance and care without unnecessary delays.
